Interested in any railway restoration projects. We (the Friends of the Athabasca Train Station (FATS) - we have a Facebook group as you do) are in the process of leasing the Athabasca CNoR 2nd class train station from the town, and we shall then restore it. We wish you success in buying the roundhouse - who owns it now?

I understand from the town of Hanna that your CNoR station is being refurbished but not historically restored. I mentioned that AHRF wants to designate our station as a provincial resource, and that if they leased your station to a group such as yourselves there would be big grant money. Have you are any other group approched the town about this?
